I have noticed that over the course of developing a relationship with real estate entrepreneurs, you'll be able to get them to understand that, in most real estate financial transaction, a payment is paid. Eventually, FSBO sellers never "save" the payment. Rather, they try to earn the commission by simply doing the agent's work. In the process, they commit their money along with time to conduct, as best they might, the tasks of an adviser. Those tasks include disclosing the home by means of marketing, delivering the home to all buyers, developing a sense of buyer urgency in order to trigger an offer, making arrangement for home inspections, managing qualification assessments with the financial institution, supervising maintenance, and facilitating the closing.
